Medicine Hat police report ‘active high-risk incident underway’ by North Flats

An “active high-risk incident” is underway at 800 10 St. SE in Medicine Hat, police said Sunday evening.
The incident is related to “weapon offences”, according to the Medicine Hat Police Service’s calls for service page.
Residents were asked by police in a post to Facebook not to publish photos of the incident.
A final update is expected “after the conclusion of police activities.”
