MEDICINE HAT, AB – Former mayor Ted Clugston returned to CHAT News at Noon on Tuesday for an interview that touched on many aspects of the current Medicine Hat administration.
Speaking with anchor Lisa Parent, Clugston said he would resign as mayor if there was a recall petition while he was in office.
