MEDICINE HAT, AB – As prices for virtually everything rise, so is usage at the Root Cellar Food & Wellness Hub.
Executive director Melissa Mullis says in the past eight months between 150 and 250 new families have accessed the emergency food pantry.
Mullis joined Lisa Parent on CHAT News at Noon to talk about how that increase, how the community can help the most and summer fundraising events.
