CP News Alert: Smith secures seat in Alberta legislature

MEDICINE HAT, Alta. — Alberta United Conservative Leader Danielle Smith has been re-elected as the legislature member for Brooks-Medicine Hat.

With 14 of 25 polling stations reporting Smith has 2,501 votes to 533 for the NDP’s Gwendoline Dirk and 274 for the Alberta Party’s Barry Morishita.
