MEDICINE HAT, AB – There’s some pro-wrestling going on in the ‘Hat tonight.
This will be Wild Rose Wrestling’s debut show, and Medicine Hat local Tyler ‘Hard’ Knox will be competing.
The stakes include being named Wild Rose Sports Association Cruiser Weight Champion.
Knox will be facing Davey Dysaster, an up and coming wrestling star.
Tyler Knox says it will be an entertaining show-off, because he has the hometown crowd on his side.
He says his explosive and grungy style was a result of growing up in Medicine Hat.
And he hopes this will help him beat Davey Dysaster tonight.
“Davey Dysaster and I have faced off quite a few times, and I can say that I’ve beaten him every time. I hope tonight’s no different, I feel confident going in. He’s held the title since it’s debuted. It’s a nice purple looking championship and I think I’ll look good with it,” he said.
