MEDICINE HAT, AB – The Rise Up Hot Air Balloon Festival was an uplifting time in its debut in Medicine Hat last year even with though the weather didn’t exactly co-operate.

The festival returns for another year starting on May 25.

Hot air balloon pilot and festival organizer Willy Taillon joined Angela Kazmierczak on CHAT News at Noon to talk about how the festival started, the partnership between Rise Up and Our Collective Journey and what’s new for this year’s festival.
