MEDICINE HAT, AB – Salli Siewert believes in good karma, and her business Yoga You4ia will open its doors this week for just that reason.
Yoga teacher trainees will host free classes this Saturday, giving them a chance to teach to a group and participants a chance to try out yoga at no cost.
Siewert, owner of Yoga You4ia and an instructor, joined Dan Reynish on CHAT News at Noon to talk about how she got into yoga, the potential benefits it can offer and karma … after they found their core.
