LETHBRIDGE, AB – Police are investigating a sudden death in North Lethbridge.
The Lethbridge Police Service said that at about 6:35 p.m. on Nov. 17, Lethbridge Fire and Emergency Services responded to a report of a fire. Police say the blaze was in the outside stairwell of a home along the 2100 block of Fifth Avenue North.
Police noted that while crews were extinguishing the flames, a body was discovered.
The investigation remains in the early stages.
