Calgary testing Uber audio recording safety feature

Calgary is the first Canadian city to try out Uber’s new safety feature.

Uber says its users and drivers are now able to access an audio recording feature through its app.

They say the trip can be recorded at the tap of a button.

The company says audio recording gives users the tools to monitor and, if needed, report uncomfortable situations.
