REDCLIFF, AB – Julie and Kevin Lagasse know what makes a haunted house special.

“A good haunted house isn’t anything without a graveyard and spiders and witches,” Julie says.

The couple has turned an old Redcliff greenhouse into The Haunted Greenhouse for the past three years. They are open for the season and ready to welcome you seven days a week.

Julie says you’ll see traditional frights and new scenes throughout and they change it up each year to keep the scares fresh.

“We have a new addition. We have a pirate-themed room. So there’s some real fun stuff in there that Kevin and I have built together,” she explains. “We have a clown room that our daughter has been doing for the past three years but she progressively makes it bigger and better and stuff, too. So that’s quite the sight and one of people’s favourite rooms to go through.”

She says even if you’ve been the past two years it’s worth coming again to see the changes.

Julie says if you’re looking for a scare they’ll give you that but they can tone it down for those who want a more calm walk through The Haunted Greenhouse.

The Haunted Greenhouse is open Sunday to Thursday 6-10 p.m. and Friday 6-11 p.m. It will be open Halloween night from 5 p.m. until midnight.

Admission is $10 for adults, $5 for kids under 12 and $25 for a family of four, and $1 from every admission will be donated to HALO Air Ambulance.
