Calgary Flames looking for new organist to hype up Saddledome crowds

The part-time job of organist at professional hockey games in Calgary hasn’t been vacant in more than three decades.
But the Calgary Sports and Entertainment Corporation needs to replace Willy Joosen, who died earlier this year after 34 years in the position.
The corporation says it’s looking to hire someone for Calgary Flames games and those of its American Hockey League affiliate –the newly named Calgary Wranglers – at the Scotiabank Saddledome.
The organist is to be responsible for playing popular music, crowd chants, and the Canadian and American national anthems.
