Sawyer Brown, Lonestar coming to Co-op Place

MEDICINE HAT, AB – Country music fans can get a four-for-one deal this fall in Medicine Hat.

The groups Sawyer Brown and Lonestar will be joined by special guests George Canyon and Doc Walker on Nov. 15 at Co-op Place.

Sawyer Brown has been performing for more than 40 years, releasing 18 studio albums and reaching the top of the Billboard’s Hot Country chart with Step That Step, Some Girls Do and Thank God For You.

Lonestar’s Amazed is one of the most popular wedding songs ever and one of the band’s nine chart-toppers. The band’s songs No News, I’m Already There and My Front Porch Lookin’ In also made it to No. 1.

George Canyon has won Juno Awards, CCMA Awards and East Coast Music Awards and hits such as I Believe in Angels, Drinkin’ Thinkin’ and Daughters of the Sun to his name. He’s also a frequent anthem singer for the Calgary Flames.

Doc Walker is one of Canada’s most recognized country acts of the past few decades, winning 12 CCMA Awards including fan’s choice, group of the year and single of the year.

Tickets go on sale to the general public on June 30 at noon. Members of the CHAT Universe can get theirs the day before.
