AHS provides estimated COVID numbers Tuesday due to technical issues

LETHBRIDGE, AB – Alberta Health Services (AHS) has released a few estimated figures for COVID-19 in the province on Tuesday.

They say full reporting is unavailable due to technical issues. Full reporting is expected to resume on Wednesday.

Approximately 500 new cases have been reported across Alberta. Regional and local breakdowns are not available at this time.

1,225 patients are currently hospitalized provincially including 80 who have been admitted to intensive care. This marks an increase of one for hospitalizations and a decrease of three for ICU compared to our most recent report on Monday.
