Maybe housing wouldn’t be so costly if realtors didn’t drive up prices by bid wars with interested buyers. Never pay over asking price. NEVER. As the buyer, how do I know someone else is interested because I don’t meet them? I am relying on the realtor. Realtor does same amount of work on a $200,000 home as a $2 million home. So it’s in their best interest in upselling. Buyers/sellers be careful who sells your home.

I’d say it’s about time to stop with all the add-ons to Med-Hat utilities. Could someone from the utility department come on here and tell me how I can reduce Service Charge, Administration Charge, Capacity Charge, Facilities usage, going green, Delivery charge, Energy conservation charge, and of course the money grubbers Carbon Charge. I lowered the thermostat trying to save on my usage but what’s the use of being cold when the cash grab add-ons from the utility steal for profits department makes doing this a moot point. Please tell us as we are all ears!!
