Tigers pause all activities due to COVID protocols
CALGARY – The Medicine Hat Tigers are one of 15 WHL clubs with players and staff exhibiting symptoms of or having tested positive for COVID-19, forcing them to pause all team activities.
Two Tigers games this weekend – against Moose Jaw and Edmonton –were already postponed due to COVID issues on the opposing teams.
The Tigers’ next scheduled game is Jan. 12 at home against the Brandon Wheat Kings. It was not among the eight games postponed by the Western Hockey League today due to COVID-related protocols and concerns.
