Police on scene of sudden death in Crestwood area

UPDATE 9:20 a.m., Oct. 7: Police say there is no indication that the body found is related to a criminal matter and there is no risk to the public.

According to the Medicine Hat Police Service, the investigation is ongoing in conjunction with the medical examiner’s office. They say no further information about the investigation or the identity of the person will be released.

MEDICINE HAT, AB – Members of the Medicine Hat Police Service are on the scene of a sudden death Wednesday morning.

According to police, the scene is in the 1700 block of 17th Street SE.
