List of candidates growing for Medicine Hat-Cardston-Warner riding

MEDICINE HAT, AB – One week into the federal election campaign and with one week to go before the nomination period closes, the list of local candidates is becoming clear.

Elections Canada lists two confirmed candidates for the Medicine Hat-Cardston-Warner riding.

Brodie Heidinger is registered as the People’s Party of Canada candidate, while Geoff Shoesmith is running for the Maverick Party.

Incumbent Conservative Party MP Glen Motz posted on social media Saturday that he has been officially verified and confirmed by Elections Canada
