Amplify Medicine Hat – Thai Orchid Room

Local Business is the cornerstone of Medicine Hat, that’s why we’re asking you to Amplify Medicine Hat by nominating local businesses we can highlight and support.

There were many different approaches to public health restrictions impacting the food service industry since March of 2020.

The Thai Orchid Restaurant was nominated for this award because of how they handled the challenge.

The nominator says not only did they stay open, but they managed to keep their employees working by using them as delivery drivers for take out and other such tasks.

The restaurant also started “meal kits” for people to buy and cook at home.
