Since there’s only one pool that had aquacize, the contract instructors they have aren’t the greatest. Did Wednesday morning class and it was running on the spot basically the entire time. Very different from the fantastic Monday morning class. Wednesday had zero creativity to it.

Yesterday I encountered an unmasked Door Dash delivery person. This individual was waiting to pick up an order in a local restaurant. It seemed odd that anyone in the courier business would be running around without a mask and criticizing others (namely me) for wearing a mask. “Masks don’t protect anyone – they are just another way governments are controlling people … wearing masks – getting vaccinated – none of it is necessary! Don’t do it, don’t allow yourself to be controlled, throw away the mask!” Such a brief but powerful few minutes. I was left feeling shocked and frightened. COVID numbers are dropping and I believe masks and vaccines are the tools we all need to use to keep those numbers Down! I filled out forms on Alberta health website to report the encounter I had but for some reason the form would not submit. Meanwhile I think it’s important to follow all the health rules around COVID and not to be afraid to make reports about violations … I’m still on hold trying to make a verbal report and hope you will make one too if you encounter situations like the one I’ve described!
