LETHBRIDGE, AB. — SeedMaster, the company that develops and manufactures leading edge no-till seeding technology , is moving a little closer to Lethbridge.

The company, based at Emerald Park, east of Regina, Sask., has announced some expansion. With the Alberta AG Centre now being part of SeedMaster’s distribution network, it ensures the company will be available across the province.

SeedMaster equipment is available through Alberta AG Centre locations in Crossfield, Stettler, High River, Lougheed and Taber. However, the Taber location will relocate to Coaldale in October and a new location will open in Medicine Hat this summer.

In a news release, SeedMaster noted the company looks forward to the continued expansion of their distribution channel, as they work to deliver an excellent customer experience to all their valued dealerships. With many new initiatives in the pipeline and innovation at the forefront of product development, SeedMaster is poised to be a sought-after manufacturer for agriculture equipment dealerships and producers alike.

Tim Criddle, the global sales director for SeedMaster, is anxious to have Alberta Ag Centre promote seeding solutions through their five, and eventually, six locations.

“The experienced staff at Alberta AG Centre provide exceptional customer service with their premium equipment lines, and we are confident in the outstanding support they will now be providing to SeedMaster equipment owners as well.”

As farmers are into seeding, Duane Kent, territory manager at SeedMaster Manufacturing, says Alberta AG Centre and SeedMaster are working on demonstration program featuring the 24-foot Toolbar as well as a 70-foot Toolbar with an UltraPro II On-Frame Tank and Nova Series II Air Cart.

“The unique 24-foot Toolbar with UltraPro II metering is a great fit for many Alberta farms and ranches. Working with Alberta AG Centre on this demonstration program will really elevate the profile of our seeding tools and we expect to see a heightened interest in SeedMaster as farmers look to increase the profitability of their operations.”
