AHS notifies MHPSD of more infections

Additional cases of COVID 19 reported at Elm Street and Dr. Ken Sauer schools

MEDICINE HAT — There are additional cases of the corona virus being reported in two public schools in Medicine Hat.

Alberta Health Services informed the public sysem of another positive case at Elm Street school; the 4th active case connected to that school.

There was also another positive case at Dr Ken Sauer school ; that’s 3 at that school.

Both Elm Street and Dr Sauer schools are On Alert status by Alberta Health Services.

All close contacts have also been identified and public school officials are confident, based on guidance from A-H-S that those who have not been directed to quarantine can go about their daily lives.
