Rock thrown through Education Minister’s office window

Education Minister Adriana LaGrange says a large rock was thrown through the window of her constituency office in Red Deer yesterday.

She posted photos on her Twitter account showing the damage.

LaGrange says on social media that there are more constructive ways to give feedback on the new draft kindergarten-to-Grade-6 education curriculum.

Alberta released the proposed curriculum last week, but many say it fails particularly in areas of First Nations history and residential schools.
