A Hatter That Matters: Carmen Pike

Carmen Pike was nominated by Arlea

Carmen works at the homeless shelter and often goes the extra mile, writes Arlea.

He brings in clothes and shoes for clients and sometimes even special treats like homemade cookies at his own cost.

Arlea adds he also offers an understanding ear and encouragement and treats the people he serves as people, not as a problem to be solved.

Throughout this pandemic, there have been Hatters on the front lines.
