Mar 26, 2021 | 11:42 AM

REDCLIFF, AB – The Redcliff Youth Centre is able to reopen after the Easter long weekend.

Earlier this month the centre lobbied MLAs and asked youth, parents, guardians and community members to write letters of support to the province pushing for reopening.

News came Thursday it will reopen on April 6 for regular hours at a reduced capacity.

Pre-registration is encouraged as only 10 youth will be allowed in each side of the building.

One half will be for junior high students and the other for senior high students.

The centre provides a safe, substance-free and constructive environment for youth ages 10-17.
