MEDICINE HAT, AB- Fan’s of legendary Bob Ridley lined outside Co-op place Saturday for a chance to receive a Bob Ridley banner and a Tigers towel .
” We were lined up all the way around the block first thing this morning. There must have been 300 cars here within the first hour. An unbelievable turnout for Bob.” said Adam Jones, Media Services Manager for the Medicine Hat Tigers.
Fans had between 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. to collect memorabilia. They could also a record a personal message for him.
Puck drop is 7:30 tonight. The Medicine Hat Tigers will be facing the Red Deer Rebels.
