Local politician posted on Twitter that covid has not been a problem here. Had to laugh because the number of cases here were increasing daily until restrictions were put in place!! We don’t have the capacity or staff at our small hospital and our positive numbers were getting out of hand. We wouldn’t have a problem here if EVERYONE wore a mask but if people don’t want to do it so that businesses can be open then unfortunately restrictions need to be in place.

Happy that the business owner has highlighted the City issuing a permit for a Day facility for Addictions. There’s your new Safe Consumption Site, hold on to your purse. How irresponsible to issue a permit in that location.

If you have time to be on the internet, you have time to apply yourself to do some education online. Stop making excuses, pointing the finger at everyone else because you’re not where you should be, it’s not COVID-19 that’s the issue. Grow up .
