Santa Claus is coming to town with a five-night parade

MEDICINE HAT, AB – Santa Claus is coming to town, and he’s coming to you!

The big guy will be here for five nights, starting tonight (Friday, Dec 11) at 5:30 pm in Redcliff and into Crescent Heights.

The parade will go through residential areas and cover the whole city including Desert Blume in five nights.

“It’s an absolute privilege to have Santa here. He’s a busy guy especially this time of year but he’s here in Medicine Hat and area for us,” says Nathan Nunweiler with IG Wealth.

The Santa route and live Santa tracker can be found by visiting the Santa Claus Fund Facebook page.

The local charity has been in operation for 32 years to provide Christmas for families.

During the parade, there’s a chance to donate stuffies or toys for the Santa Claus Fund. They will be collected as Santa goes through the route.
