Woman in custody following alleged stabbing

MEDICINE HAT, AB- A 57-year-old Medicine Hat woman is in custody following an alleged stabbing last night.

The Medicine Hat Police Service responded to a report of a domestic dispute at approximately 9 p.m. Friday in the 300 block of Cornell Crescent SW.

A Medicine Hat man suffered minor injuries, according to police. The man was assessed and released by EMS.

The woman was taken into custody and faces charges of assault, assault with a weapon, and several breaches of court order charges.
