BREAKING: Body of missing man found

MEDICINE HAT, AB- The body of a man who went missing in the South Saskatchewan river has been found, The Medicine Hat Fire Service confirms.

Platoon Chief Tom Coffey told CHAT News Today that the body was found around noon on Sunday.

“”We resumed operations where we left off last night at the last seen point of the victim and at approximately 12 p.m. our divers maintained that they had recovered the body at that time” Coffey said.

The body was recovered about 150 feet west of the Finlay Bridge, not far from where the victim was last seen in the water.
