As well as four counts of failing to comply with a release order. Bachmeier was released on bail and scheduled to appear in court on July 23, 2020.

Robert Brandon Smith, 34-years-old, charged with one count each of; possession for the purpose of trafficking meth and possession of Fentanyl. Smith was released on bail and scheduled to appear in court on July 23, 2020.
