There will be no swimming in Redcliff this summer.
The Town of Redcliff posted on its Facebook page Monday that it will not be opening the Redcliff Aquatic Centre to the public this summer. The decision was made in compliance with the chief medical officer of health’s orders and the provincial relaunch strategy.
There will be some activity there though, as scheduled repairs and upgrades are made over the next few months.
The notice says swimming lesson refunds will be processed automatically by May 31. Anyone who doesn’t get theirs by the end of the month is asked to email cps@redcliff.ca.
