33 new cases of COVID-19 in the province

Thirty-three additional cases of COVID-19 have been confirmed, bringing the total number of cases in the province to 259.

There is currently 18 people hospitalized throughout the province, with seven being admitted to ICU.

There are currently seven cases in the South zone, but only two confirmed cases in Medicine Hat.

Seniors facilities are receiving stricter social isolation requirements and distancing information.

Essential visitors will be limited to one-individual visiting at a time. With every visitor undergoing a mandatory health screening.
