Ridley to hit broadcasting milestone in March
MEDICINE HAT, AB — The voice of the Medicine Hat Tigers is hitting another milestone in his broadcasting career.
On March 14, Bob Ridley will call his 4,000th game for the Medicine Hat Tigers, when they host the Swift Current Broncos at the Canalta Centre, the team announced Friday morning.
Ridley has been with the Tigers since their first season in 1970, and has only missed one game during his tenure.
In addition to calling games for the Tigers, Ridley also drove the team bus for many years.
