Police respond to vehicle fire in city’s northwest

MEDICINE HAT, AB — Medicine Hat Police responded to a vehicle fire in the city’s northwest.

According to a message from the police service’s app sent at 10:40 a.m., a vehicle is on fire on Third Street Northwest and River Ridge Drive Northwest.

Police say the driver of the vehicle noticed smoke and pulled over.

Police and firefighters both responded to the scene.

There were no injuries as a result of the fire.
