City Council first meeting of 2020 tonight

MEDICINE HAT, AB – Medicine Hat city council resumes tonight for the first meeting of the year.

Council is set to approve residential curbside collection and processing of recyclables.

The request for proposal (RFP) is slated to be awarded to Green for Life (GFL) Environmental Inc in the amount of $1,862,826.

According to the city, it was the best-evaluated bid.

There are also five in-camera reports ahead of tonight’s meeting.
