Snowfall warning for southwest Alberta, Cypress Hills

Medicine Hat, AB – A snowfall warning has been issued for Pincher Creek, Waterton Park and areas along the Crowsnest Pass with Environment Canada also reporting heavy snow is to be expected in the Cypress Hills region.
The highest snowfall amounts are expected to fall in Waterton National Park starting early this evening.
Snowfall is expected to begin in the Cypress Hills starting this evening as well, intensifying overnight, according to Environment Canada.
Between 10 to 20 cm of snow is expected but Environment Canada warns some regions near the Canada-US border and B.C.-Alberta border may see up to 30 cm.
