Alberta spent money to implement a carbon tax, then spent money to remove the carbon tax. Now Alberta needs to spend money implement a new federal carbon tax again! Albertans would of been money ahead by just leaving it in place to being with.

New budget will cost me money for increased taxes, electricity etc. How is that helping Albertans? This is what Albertans voted for to pay more?

Hard to figure this council out. They sell land at 35% discounts, they subsidize a private company to operate the local event centre, they squander who knows how much on the Manyberries oilfield purchase. Yet they continue to perceive themselves as businesspeople?

I can’t wait til the UCP collapses under the weight of its own stupidity and we get a real government again. How do we have TWO MLAs who think this appalling provincial budget is just great?
