MEDICINE HAT, AB — A Medicine Hat man has been found criminally responsible for the death of a 53-year-old woman in 2016.
Noah Bentley was found guilty of the second-degree murder of Brenda Woloski following a week-long trial in the Medicine Hat Court of Queen’s Bench. A Queen’s Bench Justice rejected the not-criminally responsible defence presented in court.
Bentley was arrested on November 12, 2016, after Woloski was found dead in a home in the Flats. Bentley confessed to killing Woloski in the hours following his arrest.
More to come.
