What a great little publicity stunt from an oil company the day after the federal election didn’t go the way they likely wanted. The CEO’s salary is well into the millions, let alone other executives. The PM CANNOT be blamed for these layoffs – poor management and greed is the blame!

Ticked off that our premier fails to tell us that in 2007/2009 the federal government reintroduced a formula-based approach to Equalization, replacing the fixed-sum program that had been in place since 2004. Thanks to our Premier he had his big calculator in this formula & now whines for Albertan’s??

Happy that so many people voted. The results were pretty obvious from August the polls were suggesting a liberal minority. I don’t agree with all the Prime Minister’s policies, but I think a minority government is a good thing for now.

Getting a bit frustrated with businesses who seem to refuse to hire young adults that have little to no experience. How do they expect these young adults to get experience if they aren’t given a chance? Everyone points to fast food places and that is a good place to start but even those places seem like they don’t want to take the time to train and would rather hire experienced people.

They need to fix the rail crossing at 23 rd Street and Box Spring Road. It’s dangerous as vehicles are dodging around hole in the timbers. Put in concrete like other crossing.
