Taber’s speed radar sign found after being reported stolen

TABER, AB – Taber Police were informed in the early hours of Saturday, October 12th that one of their speed radar signs was stolen.

Most recently, it was placed along 50th Street across from the Legion Campground south of the Ken McDonald Sports Field.

With help from the public and a brief search, it was found north of the town on White Ash Road.

According to police, the electronic components were removed and are still missing.

β€œAt this time, the Taber Police Service has not been able to obtain further evidence in order to either locate the stolen components or identify anyone possible,” reads a media release from Taber Police.
