UPDATE – Services restored for Servus customers following outage

Medicine Hat, AB – Servus banking services are back online following a power outage which affected services for customers during much of Sunday.

The outage began Sunday morning with Servus posting on social media the issue is due to a power disruption affecting Servus debit and Mastercards.

“We worked together as quickly as possible to restore services to our members and we will be working further to put measures in place to prevent or minimize any future incidents like this,” said Michael Dickinson in a statement.

Servus announced this afternoon that Mastercard, point of sale and ATM services are available.
