Minister of Justice on "talking rural crime" tour
Alberta Justice Minister looking to speak with residents about rapid increase in rural crime

chatEDMONTON, AB. —Today is the first day of a province wide tour by Alberta’s justice minister.
Doug Schweitzer will be in Bragg Creek to begin what he’s calling a consultation with Albertans over the rapid increase in rural crime.
The minister plans to meet with residents, business owners, rural Crime Watch groups and local officials to hear their concerns about rural crime.
His last stop on the tour will be in Medicine Hat on September 30th.
