Brooks stolen truck used in robbery

Beaumont, AB – A pickup truck stolen out of Brooks was used in an armed robbery 400 kilometres away in Beaumont on Saturday.

Beaumont Mounties say the gray 2006 Ford F350 was stolen in Brooks on Friday and then used to rob the Beaumont Bottle Depot.

Two suspects entered the depot and demanded cash with one of the men carrying what is suspected to be bear spray.

The men fled the scene with an undisclosed amount of cash.

A third suspect was the driver of the stolen pickup and waited outside during the robbery.

No one was harmed in the incident.

The description of the individuals are as follows;

Suspect #1: Male, last seen wearing white shoes, white pants, black hoodie, black hat and wearing a red bandana covering portion of his face.

Suspect #2: Male, last seen wearing black pants, black hoodie, black shoes as well as a spider web (black and white) mask over his face.

Suspect #3: Male, wearing black shoes, blue jeans and a black hoodie
