MEDICINE HAT, AB — A Medicine Hat woman recently won $1 million dollars in a Lotto 6/49 draw.
Lynn Freundl won the guaranteed $1 million prize in the March 27, 2019 draw, according to a release from the Western Canadian Lottery Corporation.
According to the release, Freundl purchased a month’s worth of lottery tickets before heading out on a vacation.
She checked the tickets in early July and discovered she was the winner.
