INTERVIEW: Watson honoured to represent Team Canada at 2019 Pan-Am Games
MEDICINE HAT, AB — It’s hard not to notice Sage Watson taking the start line, no matter the location.
Put her on the same running track she once tore apart in high school, and it’s as though the Olympian never left.
The world-class 400-meter hurdler got in a few light training sessions at the Rotary Track, while enjoying a short visit with friends and family. She flew back to Arizona on Sunday to resume her usual training regime.
