Dream come true for Mohawks Brandham committing to SMU
MEDICINE HAT, AB — Add another name to the growing list of Medicine Hat High School football players who are moving on to play university football this fall.
Brody Brandham has committed to St. Mary’s University out of Halifax for the 2019-20 academic year, and says he’s excited to begin the next chapter in his career.
The 6’2″ quarterback is the sixth Mohawks to commit to post-secondary football programs. Four teammates — Justin Maser, Josh Howe, Connor Taylor, and Lachlan Hardiker — previously enrolled with the University of Regina Rams. Zach Campbell is the lone commit for the University of Alberta Golden Bears, while Braeden Long recently signed to the CJFL’s Edmonton Wildcats.
