Case adjourned for basketball player facing assault with a weapon charge
MEDICINE HAT, AB — A former member of the Medicine Hat College Rattlers charged with assault with a weapon had his case adjourned once again.
Collin Ralko, 22, appeared briefly in Medicine Hat provincial court on Monday, where his matter was adjourned until March 5.
Ralko, along with teammate Kieron Burgess, was arrested on November 25 and charged with assault with a weapon.
The pair were alleged to have fired an airsoft gun from a moving vehicle in the 400 block of North Railway Street, causing minor injuries to a bystander.
