Police in Edmonton lay charges in historic fentanyl seizure
EDMONTON — Edmonton Police have laid charges in connection with the largest fentanyl seizure in Canada earlier this summer.
In a news release, Edmonton police announced four people were arrested and cahrged Monday in connection with the bust on July 31.
Landen Wisbey, 33, has been charged with six counts of possession of a controlled substance for the purpose of trafficking, possession of proceeds of crime and production of a controlled substance.
Wayne Tran, 31, has been charged with three counts of possession of a controlled substance for the purpose of trafficking, two counts of possession of proceeds of crime and production of a controlled substance.
