ANTIGONISH, N.S. — He was 74 years old, had three children in the car, and was allegedly going 165 kilometres per hour in a 100 km/h zone.

Nova Scotia police said Monday they have charged a man with stunting on Highway 104 in Pine Tree, N.S., on Sunday evening.

They say his licence was suspended for seven days and his vehicle was seized.

He was the first of two men nabbed by Antigonish RCMP in less than a day for allegedly stunting on that highway.
