MHPS recover stolen property, will host viewing on April 14

MEDICINE HAT, AB — The Medicine Hat Police Service is providing an opportunity for victims of recent break and enters in the surrounding area to recover stolen property.

Members of the Medicine Hat Police Service priority street crime section executed a search warrant at a residence in Redcliff, where a significant amount of property was seized.

Officers believe the property was stolen during several break and enters which occurred in Elkwater, at a storage unit in Dunmore and mini storage units in Redcliff.

Police will give victims of the break-ins a chance to view the property at the police station on April 14. The viewing will run from 2- 5 p.m.

Residents who have reported property stolen to the RCMP are asked to bring the file number and a description of the stolen items.

Those unable to attend on April 14 are asked to call police at 403-581-1066 to make arrangements for viewing.
